Partial Signup Information

If you start but do not complete the registration process and consent to receive recovery emails, we may temporarily store your partial signup data (name, email, account type) to help you resume your registration. This data is automatically deleted after 30 days if registration is not completed.

We automatically collect certain information when you access our platform, including:

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Process KYB verification for business accounts
  • Facilitate connections between RCCG community members and RCCG member owned businesses
  • Send you recovery emails if you consent and abandon the signup process

3. Data Retention

Active Accounts

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. You may request deletion of your account at any time.

Partial Signups

If you start but do not complete registration, your partial signup data (name, email, account type) will be automatically deleted after 30 days. If you complete registration, this temporary data is removed within 7 days.

Legal Requirements

We may retain certain information for longer periods as required by law, for legitimate business purposes, or to resolve disputes.

4. Recovery Emails (Explicit Opt-In)

During registration, you may choose to receive recovery emails if you don't complete the signup process. This feature is:

  • Optional: You must explicitly check the consent box to receive these emails
  • Limited: We send a maximum of 3 reminder emails over 72 hours
  • Secure: Each email contains a unique, time-limited recovery link (15 minutes)
  • Revocable: Every email includes an unsubscribe link to stop future emails and delete your partial signup data

If you do not consent to recovery emails, your data remains only in your browser's session storage and is not saved to our servers.

Access

You can request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete personal information.

Deletion

You can request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions (e.g., legal obligations). For partial signups, click the unsubscribe link in any recovery email to immediately delete your data.
